贺国京:博士、教授、博士生导师, 瑞典Lulea大学客座教授, 中南林业科技大学土木工程学院桥梁工程研究所所长。19645月出生于湖南岳阳,1984年毕业于兰州大学,获学士学位;1986年毕业于华中科技大学,获硕士学位;1993年毕业于西南交通大学,获博士学位。IASCEInternational Association for Science and Computational Engineering, 国际科学与计算工程学会)国际会员,IABSE (International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering, 国际桥梁与结构工程协会) 国际会员,IABMAS (International Association for Bridge Maintenance and Safety, 国际桥梁运营与安全协会),全国结构物鉴定与加固委员会湖南分会委员,铁道部铁路特色(铁道工程)专业教学指导委员会委员,全国土木工程研究生学术论坛学术委员会委员, 湖南省公路工程协会常务理事,全国土木工程教材编写委员会理事,湖南省建筑管理协会副主任。

1987年-1990年,在中南勘测设计研究院工作,主要从事水工结构和边坡的设计、分析与计算工作,1989年被评聘为工程师。

1993年-2004年,在原长沙铁道学院、中南大学土木建筑学院工作,历任土木系副主任、土木建筑学院副院长。主要从事桥梁工程的教学与研究,1995年被聘为副教授,2000年被聘为教授、博士生导师,2002年被确定为湖南省桥梁与隧道工程学科带头人,并获得省教育厅资助。2000年应邀在香港理工大学做访问学者,合作研究汀九大桥的抗震与控制。

2004年-至今, 在中南林业科技大学土木工程学院工作,曾任土木建筑与力学学院、土木工程与力学学院院长,现任桥梁工程研究所所长。主要从事桥梁工程的教学与研究。

2005年以来,多次在欧洲、瑞典留学和访问,进行桥梁耐久性检测、评估与加固合作研究,2007年被聘为瑞典Lulea大学兼职教授。

主要研究方向:

1、桥梁结构静、动力仿真分析与研究;

2桥梁结构损伤诊断、评估与加固研究;

3桥梁结构抗震与控制研究;

4桥梁结构施工监控与长期健康监测。

主要研究成果:

1提出了结构动态分析的动态有限元变分原理与计算方法。

2建立了结构损伤诊断的完备模态应变能评估理论和方法。

3提出了大跨组合结构桥梁的板段有限元分析理论和计算方法。

4完成了十多座既有桥梁和新建桥梁的现场试验和评估、加固研究,产生了良好的社会、经济效益。

5与香港理工大学合作,完成了汀九大桥的抗震与控制分析模型研究。

近五年来,共指导硕士研究生近30名,其中博士研究生8名。主持、完成国家自然科学基金项目2项,主持和参与省、部级科研项目20多项。发表论文50余篇,其中国际期刊论文4篇,国际会议论文8篇,被SCIEI收录10篇次,出版专著1部(《工程结构弹塑性地震响应分析》)。获广东省建委科技进步一等奖,本科“评价达优”先进个人,优秀研究生指导教师,1名硕士毕业生获优秀毕业论文奖,优秀教学成果一等奖等多项教学、科研奖励。“大跨组合结构桥梁计算理论及应用研究”项目被鉴定为“国际先进水平”。

Guojing He, professor in bridge engineering, dean of College of Civil Engineering and Mechanics, the Central South University of Forestry and Science Technologywas born in Yueyang, Hunan Province, P.R.China, and received BSc. degree in 1984 from Lanzhou University, Lanzhou , China, MSc. degree in 1987 from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China and Doctor degree in 1993 from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China. After completed my MSc. degree study in 1987, I joined the Middle South Design Institute of Hydroelectric Power for 4 years, in Changsha, China, and worked as Engineer. When I graduated in 1993, I have been worked in the College of Civil Engineering and Architecture, the Central South University for 10 years. Now, I am teaching and researching in the College of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Mechanics, the Central South University of Forestry and Technology. In 2000, I was invited to research for vibration control of bridge in HongKong Polytechnical University as visiting scholar. During 2005 to 2006, I researched in Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Lulea University of Technology as visiting research.

In the last 5 years, I have been worked with 2 projects financed by The National Natural Science Foundation of China and 8 projects financed by The Ministry of Railway or Local Government as Principal Investigator. More than 50 papers have been published and 1 book (Elastic and plastic analysis for engineering structures under earthquake excitation) has been pressed. I am also the supervisor of 8 Ph.D. students and 30 MSc. students. I am the member of the Teaching Supervise Committee of The Ministry of Railway, The Structural Assessment and Strengthening Committee of Hunan Province, International Computational and Science Committee (ICSC), International Association for Bridge Maintenance and Safety (IABMAS), and International Association for Bridge Structural Engineering (IABSE). I have also served as the Science Supervisor of the first Civil Engineering Conference for National Graduate Students of China. I have got the first prize of science and technology in Guangdong Province, excellent supervisor of Central South University.

My interesting researches are as follows

1. static and dynamic numerical simulation for engineering structures;

2. test, assessment and strengthening for structural damage;

3. vibration control of bridge structures under earthquake excitation;

4. health monitoring and control for bridge structures during construction

stage and long term.
